Greetings!
With year-end quickly approaching, it seems appropriate to reflect on
our work together and begin to envision an even brighter future. At Two
Technologies, we've enjoyed a wonderful year, punctuated by innovation,
growth and strong customer relationships.
In a Flash: Proof, Performance & Productivity. During 2006, we launched
the first of class JETT.eye. This innovative hand held computer, with
its integrated imaging system, features a 5 megapixel color camera that
makes in-the-field photography and barcode scanning a snap.
Our continued focus on customer service and support has contributed to
increasingly successful relationships with our customers, and we are
committed to continuing this trend in 2007. Your feedback and support
have been crucial to our success, and we look forward to working with
you in the coming new year. From all of us at Two Technologies, we wish

RED MOUNTAIN Case Study
Red Mountain is the industry leader in diesel smoke emissions
testing. Our Smoke Check meters are used by a majority of states
with enforceable diesel emission programs, including the
California Air Resources Board (CARB).

Mountain's Smoke Check 1667 meter combined with Two Technologies
TechTerm® Hand Held terminal has provided customers with top of
the line features. For example, the TechTerm has given us a
large programmable display, ideal for our industry. When diesel
testing became a 24/7 operation, Two Technologies upgraded our
TechTerm and provided a back-lit screen. This back-lit feature
allows for diesel testing at night without the operators having
to put flashlights in their mouths just to read the screen.
Significantly, adding this feature resulted in increased sales.

Because mechanics are using our Smoke
Check meter on highways, in fleet service shops and even in the mining
industry, durability was very important to us. The TechTerm has proven
itself rugged, reliable and readable under all conditions.
Two Technologies has been a valued partner to Red Mountain, providing

Go Wireless with the PDSRF
Tethered terminals are not always the best solution. Cables can get in
the way and become a tripping hazard. Lack of mobility can limit an
application's use and productivity. Recognizing the limitations of these
cabled interfaces, Two Technologies has taken its PDS programmable
terminal and added wireless capability, making it more versatile.
Using a spread spectrum frequency hopping radio, which can be ordered in
either of two frequencies, 900MHz or 2.4GHz, the new wireless PDSRF
programmable terminal has shed the restraints imposed by the cable. On
the host side, the "base radio" interfaces to existing equipment via a
standard RS-232 connection. These radios will operate at distances of up
to 1000 ft.* for the 900MHz model and up to 500 ft.* for the 2.4GHz
model. So even if you want to operate equipment from across the factory
floor, the PDSRF could fulfill your requirements. |
With the Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeable battery pack, the unit will
operate for up to 8 hours on a charge. And if you have a design that
requires a cable, the unit can still be used as a standard "wired"
product with the cable attached.

NEW eRMA for Better Service
Two Technologies was founded on the philosophy of outstanding customer
service with the mission of reducing customer complaints to zero.
Towards this end, we will be launching the Two Technologies Electronic
RMA (eRMA) process to better serve customer needs. By reducing total
repair time, identifying potential product improvements and improving
overall communications, we will increase our capacity to deliver our
industry-leading customer support. eRMA is a web based process that will
allow customers to easily obtain and track service needs for all Two
Technologies products. It's designed to be straightforward and
streamlined.
After logging into the eRMA website, one will fill in the eRMA request
form. The information required will be standard, including customer
name, contact person, reason for an eRMA request, return shipping
information and serial number. Entering this information completely will
speed the issuance of the eRMA number.
When the form is completed, an email response will be automatically sent
to the customer with an eRMA number along with specific shipping
instructions and any other pertinent information needed to expedite the
request.

As the repair moves through the service
process - including receiving, evaluation, repair and return shipping, -
email notifications will be automatically sent informing the customer of
the status and timing for completion.
After receiving the eRMA number, one can go online and check the status
of one's return at any time of day. Two Technologies' Customer Care
representatives will also still be available during normal support hours
to provide assistance should you require it. |

Two Technologies is pleased to announce that our complete line of hand
held terminals and computers is now Restriction of Hazardous Substance (RoHS)
compliant, in their standard configuration. This compliance will extend
to new product introductions as well. For many customers operating in
the European Union, RoHS compliance is an important standard for doing
business. And with many countries around the globe poised to adopt
similar regulations, RoHS warrants serious consideration for all
